Raw Materials
We use only high-quality isocyanates and polyols from German, American and Russian suppliers. The main factor influencing the quality is catalysts and stabilizers. Water undergoes multi-step purification at poduction.
Production Techniques
Fillers and accessories for furniture are produced with application of "Liquid Lay Down" technology. Our workshop is equipped with Hennecke QFM foaming machine and the quality control laboratory is fitted out with Tinius Olsen machine. Products undergo quality control at each production stage.
All required technological processes are sustained
Incoming control, temperature and curing period correspond to all prescribed technological requirements. Individual parameters are set on foaming machines to obtain each foam grade. Each product corresponds to the relevant specification.
Skilled And Experienced Operating Personnel
We place strong emphasis on development of vocational competence and training of the personnel. The employees of "Egida" group of companies advance professional level, get trained by the equipment producers at their production and retrain at regular basis. We develop our own research laboratory at our production and share experience with the world leadiers in the branch.

Raw Materials
Choosing suppliers of raw materials we proceed from the quality and the characteristics of the end product. Making fabric we select only original thermal transfer paper for sublimation from the best European producers. Modern dyes are used in ink, which enables to achieve the widest colour range. The base for printing is specially designed for sublimation printing and reserves its characteristics after application of high temperature.
Production Equipment
We use high-speed industrial printers in fabric production. They are equipped with open-source software and advanced control system. An image is sublimated or transfered from thermal transfer paper on fabric at calender thermopress produced by a world leader in this sphere.
Technological Process
To achieve a perfect result in printing, a unique microclimate is created in the workshop. These conditions are maintained by special systems of conditioning, air humidifying and ventilation the whole year round. The team of EGIDA Textile design studio daily creates new fabric guided by the best world fashion trends.

"Egida" Company has its own factories in Kazan, Moscow and Karaganda. We produce a broad variety of furniture fillers: foam crumb, polyester fiber, crumb and fiber mixed together, visco-elastic polyurethane memory foam crumb.

Quality Control
Before a consignment goes on sale, ready goods are thoroughly checked at our own laboratory. The primary technical parameters of adhesives are tested first - viscosity and solid content. Programmed viscometer and moisture analyzer show the quality of produced adhesive
